Ambassador Spotlight: Joe Thomas ’17

Have you ever met someone who was so polite, kind, and friendly you just naturally wanted to meet his parents to thank them for their good work?

Ambassador Spotlight: Stephanie Yasechko ’16

Stephanie came to Huntingdon on a full-tuition scholarship as Ohio’s Distinguished Young Woman and has continued the same exemplary drive and involvement that earned her that title.

A Statement from President J. Cameron West

“Huntingdon College, a college in covenant with the Pan-Methodist community, remains in prayer for the members of Emanuel African Methodist Episcopal Church, Charleston, South Carolina; for those who died in the violent attack of June 17, 2015, and their families; for the members of the Charleston community; for the greater Methodist and Christian communities; and for our world. May education build a bridge toward peace. May the knowledge of and prayerful walk in God’s grace and love erase all hate.”

Honors bestowed during Commencement Exercises

Members of the Huntingdon College Class of 2015 in the Traditional Day Program and in the Evening Bachelor’s Degree Program collected their diplomas and let their caps fly during separate ceremonies Saturday, May 16. The traditional day ceremony was held on The Green, while the evening ceremony was moved inside Roland Arena because of weather.
