Opera Star Cangelosi Performs in Birmingham

International opera great David Cangelosi will perform a free public concert Sunday, February 25, 4:00 p.m., at Vestavia Hills United Methodist Church. Cangelosi’s performance is presented as part of a week of traveling and teaching in his role as the Glenn and Betty Seymour Perdue Distinguished Artist in Residence at Huntingdon College. Vestavia Hills UMC, pastored by Dr. Bill Brunson, is located at 2061 Kentucky Avenue in Vestavia Hills.

Biochemistry Program Receives ASBMB Accreditation

The Huntingdon College Biochemistry program has achieved national accreditation from the American Society for Biochemistry and Molecular Biology. The College was notified yesterday that the accreditation is for a full seven-year term, through October 14, 2024.

HLA 2018 Registration Opens

Huntingdon College has opened registration for the 2018 Huntingdon Leadership Academy.  Established in 2015, HLA assists current high school sophomores and juniors (rising juniors and seniors) in discerning God’s call for Christian leadership and ministerial vocation.
