Residential student move-in dates and times for fall term 2013 announced

Move-in 2012 4As Huntingdon enters its 159th year, plans are underway for the beginning of fall term classes, August 26.  Following are the move-in dates and times for new and returning students:  

Friday, August 16, Check-in at Roland Arena, Roland Student Center, new and returning Marching Scarlet and Grey band members and student-athletes in the following teams:
     Noon:         Student Athletic Trainers
     1:00 p.m.:   Volleyball
     1:30 p.m.:   Men's Soccer
     2:00 p.m.:   Band
Sunday, August 18, Check-in at Roland Arena, Roland Student Center, new and returning student-athletes in the following teams:
     10:00 a.m.: Football:  New Students
     Noon:         Football:  Returning Students
     1:00 p.m.   Women's Soccer
     1:30 p.m.   Cheerleaders
Thursday, August 22, Move-in/check-in for New Student Orientation, Session III, Flowers Hall:
     8:00–10:00 a.m.:  New campus resident students attending August Orientation; Commuter Students arrive by 10:00 a.m.; orientation schedule and information 
 
Friday, August 23, Big Red Weekend: New campus resident students who have not moved in previously, check-in at Roland Arena, Roland Student Center:  recommended arrival by 7:30–9:30 a.m.; move-in by 11:00 a.m.; Commuter Students arrive by 9:30 a.m.; Big Red Weekend information and schedule 
 
Saturday, August 24, Returning campus resident students who have not moved in previously; 1:00–5:00 p.m., check-in at your residence hall to pick up keys and sign forms (if you live in a College House, check-in at Blount)  OR
 
Sunday, August 25, Returning campus resident students who have not moved in previously; 1:00–5:00 p.m., check-in at your residence hall
