Huntingdon Degree Completion Program Students Graduate

Montgomery, Ala.-Saturday, May 9, Class of 2009 graduates in the Huntingdon College Adult Degree Completion Program accepted their diplomas and marked a day of great accomplishment. Seventy students made up the ADCP Class of 2009. The ceremony was held on the Green at the center of campus, as is the Huntingdon tradition. Gordon Martin, senior vice president and general counsel for Alabama Power Company, gave the Commencement Address.

The Adult Degree Completion Program provides accelerated format courses that meet just one night a week for five weeks, designed to fit comfortably within busy life demands for working adults. The program is offered at the College's main campus in Montgomery and at Enterprise-Ozark Community College in Enterprise; the campuses of Jefferson State Community College in Center Point, Shelby, and Pell City; locations in Bay Minette and Daphne; and the campus of Jefferson Davis Community College in Brewton.
