Getting hands-on, real world experience in your field is crucial not only for your résumé, but also for your understanding of what you do or do not want to do with your life’s work. That’s why Huntingdon emphasizes the importance of the learning that takes place outside the classroom through student-faculty research, internships, student teaching, service learning, travel/study, your Senior Capstone project, and other experiences. We know that if you do what you’re learning, you’ll learn what you’re doing.
