How to Apply for Admission

1. Submit the online Adult Degree Completion Program Application for Admission;
2. Print, sign, and mail the Signature Form (choose the appropriate form for the campus you plan to attend below); and
3. Request that official copies of your transcripts be sent to the campus you plan to attend by printing, completing, and mailing the appropriate Transcript Request Form (see list below) to each college you have attended.

You may apply for admission anytime; you may start courses at the beginning of any five-week session. There are three five-week sessions each semester.
