Volleyball Drops Three Sets to Faulkner

MONTGOMERY, Ala. ---- The Huntingdon volleyball team fell to cross-town rival Faulkner in three straight sets on Tuesday evening, (16-25, 22-25, 22-25).

Freshman Kelly Kahumoku led the team with 14 kills, while Melony Motley added 7 in the match. Junior Alyssa Eason paced the squad with 22 assists, while sophomore Bianca Hulsey added 4.

Defensively, senior Krissie Jones led the team with 12 digs, while junior Alyssa Eason added 9 digs in the contest. Junior Abby Carter recorded one solo block and one assisted block, with Eason posting one solo block against the Lady Eagles.

Freshman Kelly Kahumoku paced the team with two service aces in the match.

Huntingdon (7-11) will look to rebound on the road at Judson on Thursday, September 30th at 6 p.m. in Marion, Ala.
