CLARKESVILLE, Ga.
--- The Huntingdon College women's golf team shot an opening round
370 in the Piedmont Spring Invitational at the Orchard Golf and
Country Club on Monday afternoon. The Lady Hawks finished day one in
6th place out of the ten team field.
Huntingdon's Saem
Hur paced the Lady Hawks with a 13-over par, 85, finishing tied for
15th place. Ali Hamil landed in 22nd place
after carding a 18-over par, 90, on day one.
Alex Foster
finished in 34th place following a 24-over par, 96, on
Monday. Meg McGuire and Kaitlin Rozof rounded out the scoring for the
Lady Hawks with a 99 (38th place) and 100 (tied for 39th),
respectively.
Methodist
University led the ten team field after shooting a round one 312
total on Monday. The Monarch's Paige Caldwell finished on top of the
individual leader board after shooting a two-over par, 74.
