Hawks Claim GSAC Regular-Season Title with, 7-2, Win Against LaGrange

MONTGOMERY, Ala. --- Huntingdon College’s men’s tennis team defeated LaGrange College, 7-2, on Wednesday afternoon for senior day at Huntingdon’s tennis courts. With the win, the Hawks secured the Great South Athletic Conference regular-season crown as well as the number one seed for the tournament.

Seniors Zach Molin and B.J. Foroughian each won their final singles’ matches against the Panthers at Huntingdon, 6-0, 6-2, and 6-3, 6-2, respectively. Foroughian finished the season with a team-best 15-4 singles’ record.

Huntingdon wrapped up their season on Wednesday and travel to LaGrange, Georgia on Friday, Apr. 29, for the opening round of the GSAC championships as the number one seed.
