Tuition and Fees
These figures represent the costs for the 2013–2014 academic year:
- Tuition (*levelized): $22,500
- Room, board, and **fees: $9,350
- Total (per year): $31,850
*Levelized Tuition keeps your tuition at the same rate for four consecutive years of full-time attendance. Your family will be able to plan for no increases in tuition costs during your four years of attendance.
**Fees: The annual Student Fee supports a variety of student activities and services, including a Huntingdon Plan travel experience in the junior or senior year, the Huntingdon Plan computer program with technical support, Student Government Association (SGA) fees and sponsored events, publications, and lectures. Other fees are applicable to each student’s class schedule, such as lab fees, independent music instruction, and other fees.
Huntingdon advises families to budget for the cost of books, notebooks, and similar supplies at approximately $1,000 in the first year of attendance—this cost is not included in the above costs. In subsequent years, book and supply costs vary based on course selection. Students who have financial aid in excess of anticipated charges for tuition, fees, room, and board may be eligible to receive book vouchers. Vouchers enable students to charge their books to their student accounts.
