Huntingdon Christmas Tradition Continues

Montgomery, Ala.—Huntingdon College invites the public to attend the College’s traditional Christmas Celebration and A Service of Lessons and Carols, Thursday, November 30. Festivities will begin with the arrival of St. Nicholas at 6:30 p.m., led by the Huntingdon Marching Scarlet and Grey, at the front entrance of campus. St. Nicholas will proceed to the Library Atrium, where he will be available to visit with children. Following the tree-lighting, all are invited to attend the beautiful tradition, A Service of Lessons and Carols, beginning at 7:00 p.m. in Ligon Chapel, Flowers Hall. The service features performances by the Huntingdon Concert Choir and the Huntingdon Chamber Ensemble, interspersed with biblical readings and ornamentation of the Chapel tree by members of student organizations.
