Keeble Crowned Huntingdon Homecoming Queen

Montgomery, AL - Huntingdon College senior Elizabeth Brantley Keeble was crowned the 2005 Homecoming Queen at Huntingdon College in April.

Keeble is the daughter of Mike and Sharon Keeble of Lanett. A biology major and a Massey and Stallworth Scholar, Keeble has been listed on the Dean's List of High Honors and was recently inducted into Beta Beta Beta biology honor society. She is a member of Chi Omega fraternity, in which she received the Outstanding Junior Chi Omega Scholarship last year. She is a senator in the Student Government Association, a Diamond Doll, and a member of College Republicans. She was escorted for her Court presentation by her father.

Keeble is the second in her family to serve on the Huntingdon Homecoming Court. Her sister, Patricia Keeble Lauderdale, a 1994 graduate, was a member of the Court while a student at Huntingdon.

Members of the Huntingdon Homecoming Court are elected by their peers. Huntingdon College is a community of faith, wisdom, and service preparing skilled leaders to serve a complex world. Founded in 1854, Huntingdon is celebrating its 151st year as a college of the United Methodist Church.
