Housing Application Process

To apply for housing, you will submit the completed housing and roommate forms in the Enrollment Information Packet, which you will receive from the Office of Admission upon acceptance to the College.  If you are a returning student, complete the housing form for the appropriate term and year (included in the packet linked above).

Once your forms are received, you will be assigned to a room and to a roommate.  Room and roommate assignments are usually made during the summer and mailed in late July for fall term enrollment.

Be aware that you will move into College housing prior to the start date for the first day of classes.  Usually, new students who are fall sport athletes will move in mid-August (you will be notified of specific dates by your coach) for pre-season training.  Others will arrive for Big Red Weekend, the fall orientation program, held Friday-Saturday prior to the first day of classes in the fall term.  The Office of Student Life will notify you of specific move-in dates.
