Get out and have fun!  The mission of the Campus Recreation and Intramural program is to provide a fun, welcoming array of recreational programs that inspire students, faculty, and staff to engage in exercise activities.  Involvement in Campus Rec programs promotes healthy lifestyles, social interaction, leadership, and team-building skills. Campus Recreation offers competitive, informal recreational opportunities in an environment of good sportsmanship.

  • The Campus Rec office is part of the Office of Student Life in The Hut.
  • The Hawk’s Nest, located in the ground floor of Roland Student Center, contains billiard tables, table tennis air hockey, a large flat-screen TV, board games and comfortable seating for student gatherings.
  • Tomberlin Fitness Center, just across the hall from the Hawk’s Nest, offers treadmills, ellipticals, stationary bikes, free weights, and other equipment for your daily workout. Fitness Center hours for fall 2015 are M–F, 10a–10p; Sat., 1–6p; Sun., 1–10p.
