championsCampus Recreation’s mission is to provide recreational activities that promote healthy lifestyles, social interaction, and team-building skills for students, faculty, and staff . Enjoyable recreational opportunities include intramural sports, special events, and wellness activities both on- and off-campus. We encourage everyone to Get Out, Get Fit, and Have Fun!

Special facilities:
  • The Campus Rec office is part of the Office of Student Affairs in The Hut.
  • The Hawk’s Nest, located in the ground floor of Roland Student Center, contains billiard tables, table tennis air hockey, a large flat-screen TV, board games and comfortable seating for student gatherings.
  • Tomberlin Fitness Center, just across the hall from the Hawk’s Nest, offers treadmills, ellipticals, stationary bikes, free weights, and other equipment for your daily workout.
