Mission, Vision and Core Values

Establishing a focus as a residence life staff is important.  As a team, we are united under the core mission, vision, and values of the department.  We are willing to be held accountable for any of the statements below.  Our staff members are expected to know our core values and use them in making decisions. 

Mission of Residence Life
Our core mission is to embrace and embody the core tenets of faith, wisdom, and service within our daily actions through providing students the opportunity to succeed academically and mature within a diverse community.

Creating a welcoming environment where students feel supported in their academics, relationships, faith, and ambitions. 

The Core Values of Residence Life
