2021–2022 Huntingdon College Institutional Scholarships for Undergraduates

The information on this page pertains to undergraduate programs only. With only a few exceptions, Huntingdon College scholarships and grants cannot be stacked or combined; students may receive ONLY ONE scholarship or award. Federal and state aid may be added to Huntingdon College scholarships and grants. Contact the Office of Admission for more information.

Note: To be considered for any Huntingdon institutional scholarship or financial aid award, a student must have been admitted to the traditional undergraduate program as a full-time student.

Merit Scholarships

  • Merit Scholarship Application, essay, and resume required for consideration; deadline December 1, 2020. 
  • Incoming freshmen only
  • Reserved for campus residents
  • Limited full tuition awards available
  • Students must have a minimum GPA of 3.75. Although an ACT/SAT score is not required, preference for those students with higher test scores may be given.
  • Full tuition scholarships not stackable with other institutional aid; partial tuition scholarships may be stackable with specific award/criteria
  • Renewable for up to three additional years
  • Students may receive ONLY ONE scholarship/award

Presidential Fellowships

Provides a $5,000 award stackable with one qualifying Honors Scholarship (Freshmen) or one qualifying Transfer Scholarship (Transfers).

  • Submit the Presidential Fellowship Application: deadlines December 1 (Round 1), February 1 (Round 2), or April 1 (Round 3, applicable if places remain in the Fellows program).
  • Minimum requirements: 23 ACT (super-scored by the Huntingdon Office of Admission) and 3.0 GPA in high school or transfer coursework OR, for entering freshmen, 3.75 high school GPA and no test score available.
  • Participate in the Presidential Fellowship Program, agreeing to be part of a Presidential Fellows Academic Team.
  • Presidential Fellowships are reserved for campus residents.
  • Because of the time commitment for this program, Presidential Fellowships are reserved for those who are not participating in NCAA-III athletic teams, cheerleading, or band.
  • Renewable for up to three additional years

Must participate in Army ROTC or Air Force ROTC; must meet admission requirements
