2021-2022 Campus Residency Application
This 2021-2022 Campus Residency Application Form must be completed by entering students (parents, please do not complete this form for your student) who plan to live in campus housing (returning students should see the Office of Residential Communities for the pertinent form and process). Campus housing accommodations and roommate assignments are made on a first-come, first-served, space-available basis, with reference to the date you complete and return the necessary forms and submit your enrollment deposit, if applicable.
