This Campus Residency Application Form must be completed by any student (parents, please do not complete this form for your student) who plans to live in campus housing. Campus housing accommodations and roommate assignments are made on a first-come, first-served, space-available basis, based on the date you complete and return the necessary forms and submit your housing deposit, if applicable.
Room and board costs for 2016–2017 (all housing is priced at either a single or double room rate):
- Single: $6,160 per semester, $12,320 per academic year (subject to availability)
- Double: $4,550 per semester, $9,100 per academic year
Room and board costs for 2017–2018
- Double: $4,750 per semester, $9,500 per academic year
Please complete the Campus Residency License Contract in addition to this application form and submit your tuition and housing deposit ($250) if you have not already done so.
