community service photoA commitment to public service is an integral part of a Huntingdon College education. Inspired by Huntingdon’s motto, “Enter to Grow in Wisdom; Go Forth to Apply Wisdom in Service,” all Hawks are encouraged toward civic engagement.

Go and Serve

At Huntingdon College, community service is a strive to reach our mission to enter to grow in wisdom and go forth to apply wisdom in service. It is an opportunity to have leave a lasting impact on both our community and our students. The Coordinator of Community Service offers numerous opportunities throughout the year for students, faculty and staff to work side by side in on campus events, community events, and opportunities that are directed at organization participation for specific needs and projects. Community Service is an opportunity to serve and to learn the lifelong endeavor of assisting others.

Remember, whenever you serve, DOCUMENT YOUR HOURS.
