Huntingdon Admission Invites Prospective Students and Families to Preview Day

Montgomery, Ala.—The Huntingdon College Office of Admission will host a Must See HC Preview Day, Saturday, April 9, 2022. Prospective students and families are invited to attend. The event will begin at 9:00 a.m. and end before noon. This is the final Saturday prospective student event of the academic year, though individual/personal visits may be scheduled any weekday.

Must See HC Preview Days provide weekend dates for prospective students and their families to visit campus, take a campus tour, and speak with current students and faculty. There is no cost to attend.

At the event, students and families can learn more about the Huntingdon Plan, providing traditional full-time undergraduate students a laptop computer; books and information resources for fall and spring terms; active learning opportunities; and senior year travel-study with most costs included in regular tuition and fees. With no classes meeting on Fridays in Huntingdon’s new Flexible Friday class schedule, students have an extra weekday in which to engage in student life programming, athletic and band practices, career seminars, field trips, homework, reading, working, and interning, among other activities.

New to the College for fall 2022 are majors in Biochemistry/Pre-Health; Cell Biology/Pre-Health; Exercise Science/Pre-Athletic Training/Pre-Occupational Therapy; and Exercise Science/Pre-Physical Therapy. The College also added women’s wrestling as its 21st NCAA-Division III athletic team.

Prospective students may register for a personal visit or for the Must See HC Preview Day online at www.huntingdon.edu/visit.

Huntingdon College is a coeducational residential liberal arts college of the United Methodist Church offering more than thirty undergraduate programs of study and 21 NCAA-Division III athletic teams. The College also offers the Master of Athletic Training.
