Huntingdon Announces the 2025 Alumni Awards Recipients

Montgomery, AL – Annually, the Huntingdon College National Alumni Association selects outstanding alumni to be recognized for their work in various fields and their support to Huntingdon.

Below are this year’s distinguished award recipients:

• Ann Manry Kenyon ’57, Alumni Achievement in the Arts Award.
• Dr. Thomas Turner ’68, Alumni Achievement in the Sciences Award.
• Dr. Gene Stanaland ’60, Alumni Achievement in Education Award.
• Kimberly Keefer Boone ’92, Alumni Achievement in Education Award.
• Carla Crowder ’91, Alumni Achievement in Law and Public Service Award.
• Kelly Dasinger Sitkin ’89, Alumni Achievement in Business Award.
• Jamie Weeks ’97, Alumni Achievement in Business Award.
• Rev. Dr. Claude Shuford ’83, Alumni Achievement in Religion Award.
• Pam Baker Barnhardt ’91, Alumni Achievement in Religion Award.
• Mat Pope ’88, Alumni Loyalty Award.
• Mark Colson ’07, Alumni Loyalty Award.
• Dr. Will Wright ’15, Outstanding Young Alumni Award.
• Tommy Dismukes ’83, Mary Mildred Sullivan Award

This year, the 2025 award recipients will be honored on Friday, October 3 at 2:00 p.m. in Ligon Chapel, Flowers Hall. The ceremony is free and open to the public.
