The concert titled, A Time for Jubilee, was a collection of moving music including American Port of Call by Adolphus Hailstork and The Tender Land Suite by Aaron Copland. The feature of the night was the world premier of A Time for Jubilee by Nkeiru Okoye. The piece was a Montgomery Symphony Orchestra commissioned work to honor the spirit of resilience and freedom.
