Huntingdon Establishes Alpha Alpha Alpha Chapter

Montgomery, Ala. – On Monday, March 25, the inaugural twenty-six Huntingdon College students were inducted into the Iota Mu chapter of Alpha Alpha Alpha. This national organization, founded at Moravian University in Pennsylvania in 2018, recognizes outstanding academic achievement of first-generation college students.  To be eligible, a student must have completed 30 credit hours and achieved a cumulative grade point average.

Additionally, officers for 2024-2025 were elected and they include President Richie Hicks ‘25, Vice President Karlie Honeycutt ‘25, Secretary Emma Grace Samples ‘27, Treasurer Montanna Mitchell ’25, and Historian Madison Salzman ’25.
