Biography

Wife of Paul (Huntingdon Department of Biology), mother of son (Jonah, who is pursuing a Master of Science in marine biology at Moss Landing Marine Laboratory in Monterey, Calif.) and a daughter (Angela, who is majoring in environment and sustainability at the University of the South, Sewanee, Tenn.). Avid gardener, native plant enthusiast, birdwatcher, beekeeper, and “mom” to 4 rescue cats (Christmas Cookie, Oliver, Toby, Peaches), 1 rescue dog (Marley), a royal python (T’Challa), and a Florida kingsnake (Simon).
