To be completed by those who are filing for Commuter Status on the basis of age, senior status, marriage, or responsibility for a dependent child and who are returning students who entered Huntingdon College prior to fall 2020.

If you are a new student entering Huntingdon or if you are a returning student who entered Huntingdon in the fall of 2020 or later, please complete the SCARLET Commuter Application.

Off-campus Housing Eligibility
In order to be eligible to live off-campus, you must meet at least one of the following requirements. Please choose one: * Required
- I will reside with a parent or as a dependent of a guardian or custodian (as determined by the IRS) at a permanent residence within 45 miles driving distance of Huntingdon College. Instructions: complete and submit Part A online; download, print, and complete Part B in writing and obtain a signature from your parent, guardian, or custodian; make an appointment with the Dean of Students for an on-campus interview, during which the information you provide on the Commuter Student Application will be verified; bring Part B of the application form and a photo I.D. with you to your appointment. You must complete this process and obtain approval from the Dean of Students before May 1 for the fall semester or before December 1 for the spring semester.
- I will reach 21 years of age by the first day of classes of the semester. Instructions: complete Parts A and C and submit online by May 1 for the fall semester or by December 1 for the spring semester.
- I will complete at least 90 semester hours by the first day of classes of the semester for which I will begin commuting. Instructions: Have at least 90 semester hours on file with the Registrar’s Office and complete and submit Parts A and C of this application by May 1 for the fall semester or by December 1 for the spring semester.
- I am married or reside with at least one dependent child for whom I provide more that 50% of the child’s support. Instructions: Complete Parts A and C and submit online by the deadline of May 1 for the fall semester or December 1 for the spring semester.

I understand that students who provide the College with false information before or after the off-campus living request process will be subject to sanctions that may include separation from the College. I also understand that if I occupy an address that is not the residence listed on this form I will be subject to the full room and board price of the current semester.
