Mentors in Action
At Huntingdon, close academic advising will not only guide you toward your academic goals, but also provide you with a mentor who will help you connect with a meaningful vocation. Your major adviser mentors you through choosing courses, considering career paths, and connecting with internships, jobs, and graduate study. If you have not yet declared a major, you will work with professionals in the Staton Center for Academic Enrichment.
Huntingdon also offers extensive pre-professional advising by faculty members who understand the process of applying for and gaining acceptance to professional study in engineering, law, medicine, dentistry, occupational therapy, pharmacy, physical therapy, and seminary.
